Dead spiders have been here for a while.. By the waiting area bench. They don’t sweep, ever. Nail bits everywhere! And none of these people are friendly, they don’t speak to you hardly at all.

UPDATE: I went back and he charges me for fixing his mess! I won’t go back. I have been going here for a while and went into day to get a full set and a pedi. I had seen some nails with a green black marble to the tips. I asked if they could do it. he said yes… Um…he did try but they look terrible he tried to paint the marble effect. I feel bad but I really don’t like them. They are messy looking and cheap. He did tell me he would fix them tomorrow if I would come back. I am going to see if he can fix them.

Critical: QualityI loved the whole experience, pedicure was awesome, staff was friendly, except I got nails done and within a week 8 of my nails had fallen off. I live a fairly regular life and have never had this happen at any other nail salon but I am not impressed with this quality. I understand times are rough right now and didn’t want to burden this nail salon by going back to complain but I paid 55$ for nails that fell off in a week. I loved the whole experience, pedicure was awesome, staff was friendly, except I got nails done and within a week 8 of my nails had fallen off. I live a fairly regular life and have never had this happen at any other nail salon but I am not impressed with this quality. I bring my 88 year old Uncle who has dementia to the salon to get his manicure and pedicure done by the owner. Whenever we come in he always greets us with a smile and takes very very good care of my uncle. You should see how he response to having his feet worked on and massage and their special selection of treatments for his feet and legs! We thoroughly enjoy making the trip for my uncle to receive these services from such a professional group of people. Thank you for making us feel so special.

I really had a great time at Solar Nails. I went in for a last minute pedicure for myself and my boyfriend. There was no waiting time at all since it was close to closing time. The staff was awesome – very friendly and welcoming. In fact it was like I was hanging out with friends rather than getting a mani/pedi at the nail salon. They work quickly and efficiently. The final product was beautiful. I will be returning the next time I am in the area.

First time did the deluxe pedi and it was awesome sauce. The salon is very comforting, relaxing and clean. The tools come sanitized in a package and their files and other supplies are used only once since they are disposable. I’m always getting good service at this place.

They just recently updated their location. Their pedicure chairs are so relaxing. I think what would make it a bit better is if they did have more than just lady who does the eyebrow waxes. Sometimes people have to wait there for up to an hour because shes busy with either a manicure or pedicure job. I have seen people leave because of it.
