Poor quality and poor customer service and I had to pay for her to stick a nail under my dipped polish and pull my previous polish off. The lady was so busy talking to her other coworkers the whole time that she forgot to focus on me. She wasn’t even looking at my nails while she was filing away so they are pretty much all uneven (they have a slant) and they are bumpy and odd shaped. I requested a manicure which she said she would do after the polish but ended up only cutting my cuticles the. Wouldn’t even do the massage or anything. She moved on to the next client so quickly. I even had to stop her so she could try and make my nails level. The lady originally told me a dip manicure would cost $35… the. The lady rang me up at $40 even though I didn’t get a “manicure”. So I questioned it and she said they charged me to remove my old polish and then to cut my cuticles. Oh and did I mention… since she had moved on to the next customer she asked me to put oil on my cuticles myself. Highly disappointed. I didn’t get what I asked for (manicure), got ignored the whole time, got crappy quality, pushed to the side and over charged. Pass!

TERRIBLE! I am not normally a leaver of reviews but if I can stop anyone from experiencing what I did I will. Amy hurt me multiple times while using the nail drill & lied about pricing. She priced me at 40 min for Dip I then changed to acrylic and paid the same when the sign said it was $25. She refused to connect me with the owner when I questioned her & lied to me about her name. The nail tech used a used cuticle cutter on me and I could tell it was used because there were still someone’s cuticles on there that she had to wipe off. I asked if she could get a new one but she didn’t understand me. She then kept trying to make me get a clear gel top coat (I didn’t want color) and I kept telling her no because I didn’t want to pay the price different. She still pulled the top coat out and tried to use it on me and I had to remind her that I didn’t want the gel top coat. She kept insisting it was just $2 more, but I said no. The nail tech used a used cuticle cutter on me and I could tell it was used because there were still someone’s cuticles on there that she had to wipe off.
