I am beyond disgusted and upset at the nail technician, MiMi, who did my nails. I came in on Thursday morning, first one in, so you would think my nails would be done properly. I was initially happy with my nails, but after taking a shower the nail polish chipped off two toenails. I went back in Friday morning, again 1st, and she quickly fixed them. No issues there. Saturday morning, I get to airport, and gel polish is lifting off my nail. I find a nail salon to fix it. I have to get it painted white, since no other colors match mine. Now, today is Sunday with more nail polish lifting off. I bought glue to try to fix this mess. I paid $69 for this mess! She should be ashamed, and this business should be as well. I will never come back, and will not recommend it to anyone. This was a complete ripoff.

I love the staff here. The phone answering could be better, but once you arrive there are zero problems. Last time I went, I had someone different for my pedicure. I can’t remember his name, but he took me places that weren’t in Lancaster with that foot rub!!! I’ll absolutely be back and he MUST do my pedicure for the rest of my life. This is just a great service provided by great people in a quiet, relaxing environment.

This place will always get my money because the gentleman take their time with my nails and give me exactly what I ask for with my toes and fingers. I didn’t post pictures of my feet cause I hate my feet lol. Just yes I’ve only have seen the 2 gentlemen that work there but I won’t any where else I already made the mistake being out if town and going where else TOTALLY should have waited till I got home.

Came in and I have long natural nails, I got dip powder and the lady started to file down the top of my nail extremely hard to where I had to jerk my hand away because I could feel it burning through. Not only did she not listen to me but told me I was wrong about the nail color they had displayed. I showed her that it was how I explained and did not accommodate me by any means. No apology, no let me fix that…and just brushed me off. Beyond the worst service.

I got a fill and an eyebrow wax. I just loved everything from this place. My eyebrows are perfect and my fill looked great plus the prices were reasonable. I think I’ll go back. The only things I would like them to fix is decoration and maybe clean a bit. It was very dusty and just uninteresting. They have great nail techs. Just need to spruce up the place.

The lady that took care of pedicure was amazing. She took her time and got my claws looking normal. She also constantly made sure that I wasn’t experiencing any type of pain as I’m not going to lie, she had to put in work because of how bad I allowed my toenails to get. I’m not embarrassed to show my feet again and the guy that took care of my wife’s pedicure was also amazing and the lady that did her manicure did a great job as well. I’m mad I didn’t ask for their names but I’d definitely recommend and I plan on going back.

This place is horrible. I would much rather spend my money at lucky nails and that is saying something. The girl mimi is the one that did my nails, and they are a mess, they arnt even the same lengths. I came in and let her know I left lucky nails because they made me bleed. She swore she had my back and would make my experience one to never forget, and she was right. She made me bleed and left burusies on my hands. It was a rush job. They have so many people that come in and need work done that they just throw things together ans hope they look nice, not to mention the amount of time they spend talking to each other in a language no one in the shop but them could understand, very disrespectful. I will NEVER be going back here! Stay away for your own safety. There are pictures I took after a week after the bleeding and bruising was gone. Awful work!

This was the worst experience I have had at a nail salon. I had a Pedicure and the color is already smudged. I asked about a manicure and Mimi told me if I don’t know what i want then she can’t help me. I was only asking her which was better…acrylic or gel Pedicure
