As most of the thing’s that are said are so true. And why on earth in a public venue they have gotten bad. I also am shopping for new salon. I have only ever used this salon for the last seven years, but based upon my last few visits, I will be going elsewhere. There is one worker in particular who is too rough and doesn’t take her time. If you get her, you might as well leave. I’ve somehow ended up getting her the last two times I’ve gone and both times I’ve been disappointed. She once made me bleed because she was more focused on looking at who was walking in the door and didn’t apologize. Last week I got a gel manicure and had to ask her three times to even out my nails or correct the sides of my nails that she had left unpolished. Definitely not worth the $35! Not to mention she uses her own discolored thumbnail that looks to have a fungus to dig the sides of her clients’ nails. I will be looking for a new place to go in Russellville.

i went to get a simple design and they completely messed it up. then she started showing everyone and they all started laughing about it. didn’t even make an attempt to fix it. all i wanted was a simple wave and ended up with a triangle. i’m never coming back. i’ve been coming here for years and the do this and don’t even try to fix it. it’s stupid. i’ve never seen this terrible of nails. all she had to say was i don’t know if i can draw that or at least practice on paper or something. never will i ever get my nails done here again. terrible customer service. if i could i would give them like .2 stars just say i could actually write this. remind me to never come back.

Critical: ProfessionalismI liked solar nails for years only because there are 2 employers that extremely kind and patient. My most recent visit was my last. I was intentionally looked over while they started on two other women’s nails. They had me sit at the nail desk and WAIT while servicing other women that had arrived after me. I have been here twice and the first time the lady did a decent job on my nails. Last night I went to get my nails done and they were the only place with an opening so I went there. I asked for a simple black coffin shaped nails with my ring fingers silver sparkles. The lady completely messed them up. They don’t look like coffins and their all different sizes due to her not comparing them together to make sure they were right, she left sharp pieces on several nails doing a half ass job filing, etc.

The people that work there are very nice, but they are very rushy and because of that my nails came out very unprofessionally done, the acrylics where super thick and the polish was so bumpy, the women did try to fix it while in a rush but it still didn’t fix anything at all. I will never come here again!!! I paid to have beautiful nails if I wanted them to look this bad I would of done better at it myself. Sadly I had to go elsewhere to get them fixed and had to spend even more money!! Not happy at all!!!!

Will not be returning here. I got acrylics done for the first time about a month ago and needed a new set (probably could have had them filled, but I’m new to acrylics and I had 2 pop off anyway). So after some discussion I’m seated. He asked if he could cut my nails, which I found odd because I was pretty sure you are supposed to soak them off. I said okay, and he started cutting them sideways! Then he used his nail and a tip to rip the remaining acrylic off what was left of my natural nail! After the third one he asked if it hurt, um yes! My natural nail nearly ripped down the side of my finger. Not to mention tools were not clean (I ignored this the first visit because I was giving them a chance) and the file had been used previously.
