Critical: Quality, ValueSo four of us went for mani/pedis’. One got gel nail polish on her toes ($20 extra, which is ridiculous). Her gel nail polish started coming off the next day. One got acrylic nails that were all different sizes. I got a set of acrylic nails that were so bumpy and uneven I was embarrassed. They started to fall off within 6 days. My niece was supposed to receive a Mani/pedi as well, but for $23 all they did was paint her nails and toes. No feet soak, cuticle trim, nothing. Sure enough hers started peeling right away also. None of us received any cuticle care on our hands as well. It’s a good to go for feet. Small and ice on the inside. The ladies who serviced me an my friend were nice but there were a few things that I didn’t like. I asked for a take down and the lady started to soak my nails but stopped and said she was going to lift them off. I asked her no to so she wont peel layers of my nails off. The lady argued with me saying she was the expert and did it anyway. My friend tried the dip nails. The lady who did that Didnt adhere to the length that was wanted and the nails were thin and lumpy, which she knew but called it a Day. Wouldnt go for hands but feet sure.

Staff is friendly and courteous……I have going there for years for my pedicures. Lisa is to the one that takes care of me I took my 4 year old granddaughter there for her first pedicure……they did a fabulous job ♥
