This place sucks! I know that man put 5 coats of dip on my nails and now a week later they look like garbage. And charged me 300 for two pedicures and two dips! Just paid $15 more for a refill than I did 3 weeks ago for the full set of acrylic nails to be done. Shouldn’t a refill be a little cheaper than a full set? Noted I had to get one nail replaced but still. The original set of acrylic nails with a French manicure was $40 and I was just charged $55 to get a refill and polish. And to top it off, it seemed to be a rushed job and the acrylic was applied very thick on the replacement nail, which now doesn’t match the thickness of the others. Both hands were not compared so one hand has a longer length than the other. However, I do need to say that the original set done by Mary was very nicely done. These comments are strictly about the refill. Thought I had found my go-to place but I guess not.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLet me start off with the positive. The nail salon is clean, Covid-19 friendly, and has a variety of nail polishes. However, they are overpriced and some of their nail techs are not able to complete certain services. Here’s what happened: I walked in on Saturday to get my nails done and they kindly serviced me although they were not taking walk-ins. I paid $60 dollars for a gel-pedicure and $50 for a full-set. The going price in MS in upscale salons for gel pedicures is $45-50 and full set is $30. Saturday night my thumb nail broke. I live 45 minutes away and had to drive back to get my nail fixed. I come back Sunday and the nail techs are badly talking about how thin the acrylic was applied. Instead of fixing all of my thin nails. The nail tech fixed the one broken nail and charged me for gel color, $30 dollars but accidentally swiped my card for $25. So, I paid $75 dollars for a bad full set. I should have not been charged a dime for this service. The number 1 rule in business is keeping your paying customers happy and satisfied. As soon as I walked in I asked for a mani pedi and they were so kind and greeted me and took time on my pedi. All the sudden this lady out of nowhere starts to take off my nail polish on my finger nails while I’m getting my toes done like she’s in a rush to be somewhere. She soon takes me over to to get my nails dipped and it literally took her 5 minutes.. and it’s been only a short few days later and it’s starting to chip off. everyone there is so sweet and the shop is really nice but that older women is going to ruin business.

Great visit as usual! Nice pedi chairs, that are comfy . The salon was clean and bright. Andy does my nails and Always does a great job and Philip did my pedicure . The salon has a great selection of colors of gel and dip which I love. I will continue to come back !

I have only been here twice and both time got the dip set ($50) and they were gorgeous and I was very please when I left. Then the VERY next day they start cracking and look hideous! The first time I went back a week later and showed them what my nails looked like and was charge full price for another dip set. Now here I am again in the very same situation the next day! This is an amazing place. I had my nails done, mani and pedi, and they’ve never been better. Quality was second to none. Andy was the nicest person I have even met as a nail tech, and he was so kind and considerate. A very pleasant person, and skilled beyond. I have been going there for years, and have never had a bad experience. He is great! Tell Andy I say hello!

Friendliest nail salon in the area. I was greeted with a “hello” and “how are you today”. And, asked in a pleasant tone what services I needed. The nail technician was funny and attentive. They were nice and friendly to my girls. Plus they have a rewards program. I will be back. Thinking about making this my salon of choice.

Before coming, I read quite a few mixed reviews, but I am glad I came. Some of the employees were very “crunk,” yet the atmosphere was fun and lighthearted. Although there were quite a few customers, I didn’t have to wait too long and my nails are done nicely. Thank you!
