I came in and got my nails dipped by John. His attitude and service was horrible. My top coat and nails were peeling off by the second day. Below in the reply he won’t take responsibility, it will be my fault. I’m not sure what makes this clown think he’s cute or a good enough nail technician to be rude? If you read the comments, he is very unprofessional in handling clients that are unhappy with his or his employees service and lack of knowledge. I now go to a salon in St. Mary’s that has better technique and customer service. Go sit down John!

It was okay. They were very nice but I didn’t think they were very clean. They also didn’t ask my permission before using that cheese grater thing on my feet. Those things are super unhygienic. Also, I had polish everywhere and had to go back and ask them to clean up my mani.

I love how Steve does pedicures he pays attention to details ; however, John did gel polish on my hands after I requested a full manicure and the polishing was horrible literally peeling before I left the salon so I requested removal of the polish . Also pay attention to pricing when I asked the technician doing my pedicure what my total was he told me $59 ( deluxe pedi, French, gel polish) upon checking out my Total was $98 (after John removed my polish).

My niece and I went in for mani pedis and the two ladies did very well on my nieces nails. They were super sweet and her nails look amazing. The man who did my nails did not do a good job. He left my skin super dry and didn’t fully paint my nails. I had to ask him to fully paint my nails. When he tried to fix it he got paint all around the sides of my nails and looked at me crazy when I asked him to please clean it.

Just got a French Pedi…the guy that did my pedicure was rude after I told him I didn’t want the drill on big toe (old military injury). It went downhill and his attitude was nasty. Never coming back!
