Good customer service. The guy who did my nails in my eyes did a poor job. I feel that he could’ve taken his time on them. I had a fill in. The actual thumb nail he completely redid is much bigger in width than the original. The nail polish wasn’t cleaned up well. I would’ve kept my plain full set gel with no color if I had known it would turn out this way. I’m sure before I leave for vacation I’ll have them redone.

Don’t do it! Sloppy sloppy work and low quality products. I tried to love them for their perks. I gave them a few tries too. However I got tired and out of money running back because I always had at least one nail or two lifting or breaking within days of a fill in. The owner never takes ownership of her low quality work, always blames you. Ridiculous

I did not get the gentleman’s name but he was very pleasant and greeted me upon entry. Nancy was really sweet and very nice. This was my first time visiting Solar Nails, I just happened to drive up on this location. I’m very glad I decided to try them out. I did not get the gentleman’s name but he was very pleasant and greeted me upon entry. Nancy was really sweet and very nice. I loved how she took her time on my nails while also taking the time to get to know me. Customer service is a big deal to me and their customer service was great! This is my new nail home

I really want to give this place a higher rating because they did a great job on my pedicure but here is my experience. Me and my daughter came in for 2 pedi’s, 1 fill in and 1 full set. There were only 3 people working and we were the only ones there for about 30 minutes. She was getting her nails done and I was getting my pedicure. They had more people come but AGAIN…. only 3 people working. After my pedicure she sat me in a chair to get my nails done and said it would be an hour. An hour? Why when me and my daughter were the first ones in the door? Why would you take another customer before me? She went ahead and did my nails(probably cause I said never mind) and they never got to my daughter’s pedicure. Would be a great place if they had more help.. it’s unfortunate.

I don’t normally come to this nail salon but I was in a rush and needed to get my nails done before leaving town. I came to get a full gel set, pink and white ombré, coffin shaped which was $75. I also got a gel set on my feet. BOTH not even a week later look horrible. My nails started coming off like press on’s and the gel polish is chipping. I spent too much money to end up having to get them done all over again days later. You all should be ashamed! HORRIBLE JOB!
