Great place! I have gotten my nails done on the regular for the past 5 years … Solar Nails is by far the best place in Spartanburg. They always can fit me in. There usually is NO wait! The employees are personable and friendly. The service is great. My nails last much longer after they have been done here than any other place. The price is good. All over 5 stars!!!

I went to this place FRIDAY, and ask for dip powder. I chose my color and they said they didn’t have it, I chose another one and guess what? They didn’t have it. They told me “let’s put dip as a base and then gel. I told them that gel doesn’t work on me, and the lady said “it will be the same! It will stay in your nails even longer” and I said okay. The guy that did my nails was RUDE! I wanted my nails short and he was like why? That doesn’t look beautiful and mad at me. Dude I am paying for it, I am not asking for your opinion.

I should know better than to deviate. If I could give zero stars I would. I was charged $55 for a deluxe pedicure. And my feet soaked maybe a total of 3 minutes.

I went once a few months ago, and my experience was great. I’ve attempted to come back on 3 other occasions and was rudely turned away stating they were too busy. I guess I “look” like someone they no longer wish to service…you know since “we” all look alike. Some of the comments I’ve read seem to confirm this also. Shame.

It was ok, I felt kind of odd & disrespected that they asked me to pay before they completed their services but others paid when services were completed & they were walking out the door. They did ok wasn’t rude but I’ve had better quality pedicures & hospitality. I was disappointed that I was frowned upon as not having enough $ or willing to pay, no matter what you’re taught no one deserves to be judged by looks (color) I felt like the 1st colored cu we do ok job she not gon know. I was only stopping thru this town for a pedi but I’ll keep going next time, I did give them a try.
