Leslie is the rudest person. I had an appointment with Jon but then she called me to cancel it and she wouldn’t set me up with anyone else either because according to her they were low staff and they were not booking appointments for the day she kept saying to come tomorrow. I asked if I could walk in and she said no to come tomorrow because they were busy. I walked in anyway and as soon as I walked in Leslie and the ladies stared telling me that they didn’t have anytime for me because they had appointments.They were speaking their language and making horrible facial expressions about me. I told them that I would wait no problem but they were talking among themselves and obviously very upset that I showed up. She was very rude and asked me to come tomorrow. Leslie doesn’t like me because she did a bad job on my nails once and I asked her nicely to fix it and ever since then she always gives me ugly looks. Another lady came up to me and said “I don’t have time for you but I’ll do for you”. I am always nice and leave good tip. So I don’t understand why they all treated me like this. Several other clients walked in without appointments and they were greeted normally and were asked to have a seat. Jon and Julie have always been so kind but they weren’t there today. I will obviously never go back. Terrible customer service.

John, the lead tech and everyone in Solar Nail always does an amazing job. Tina does my pedicures regularly and is amazing. John usually does my nails, always delivering exactly as I ask! I’ve been to multiple nail salons all over the area looking for the perfect one, and let me tell you… solar nails has been the best so far! The staff are very kind, and every time I’ve walked in without an appointment I was in put in a chair immediately! Although the prices are a little higher, you get what you pay for! The only down side is that they don’t stay on for more than a month:/
