Critical: Professionalism, QualityI never leave bad reviews but this place is very unprofessional. The technician left acrylic underneath by nails and put forth no effort to shape my nails. Very disappointed I asked another technician if that was normal and she responded very rude and told me to just ask the other technician. I wish professionals would take pride in their work and actually listen to the customer. Very disappointed I asked another technician if that was normal and she responded very rude and told me to just ask the other technician. I had gone here for several years and was the last customer on 12/23. I had pedi and mani and sat my expensive tennis shoes and socks down while I paid and accidentally left without them. When I got back from out of town, I called them and they denied that I had left my shoes there. Guess it was nice Xmas present for someone. Will not ever go back to this shop.

Misshaped all my toe nails, only massaged one foot, and on top of that my polish is so uneven and chunky. 30-40 min later it’s still wet because the globs, and layers. Seriously worst pedicure I’ve ever received. Only good thing about this place is the massage chair.

I had a very horrible experience at this nail salon. Worst treatment I have ever received in this day and age. I went there to get matte nails done with some stones and stayed for roughly three hours to get my old acrylic gel nails out and new matte nails done. After the nail technician was done my nails looked like clay. I was utterly confused but thought I was just tired and went next door to show my friends who immediately told me to go back and complain, which I did.

This is the best shop I have been too. They know me by name and always very friendly. Annie is awesome on my feet and Tony is always on time with my nails. Going tomorrow and I absolutely can’t wait have a wonderful and great evening.

This nail salon is a joke. It took 2 hours for a simple fill and took 3 different techs to do it! Nobody could delegate the tasks in the salon . Polishes are labeled incorrectly and had to redo and try again because of incorrect colors! Wasted so much time due to employees inability to use teamwork go somewhere else
