She made me sit there for almost an hour before she even started my nails. I showed her a reference picture of what I want and she DID NOT do what I asked not only that she got so close to my cuticle with the electric nail file that she drew blood. Never going back (reference picture and what she did below)

She ruined my nail shape and filed off three of my nails. She was yanking on my arms and hand and jabbed my nails into the uv machine. Coming in the service was great, but then started the bad service as soon as she touched my nails. She ruined my nail shape and filed off three of my nails. The owner was really nice and accommodating. I was in Pittsburgh visiting family for Thanksgiving and in Friday I called and asked if she took walk in’s, to which she did. I am a cautious if who did we my nails after a bad experience but I know when I come back down home again and need my nails done I will be back. Also, her prices are very reasonable!
