Little hidden gem!! This like any small business can get busy with appointments, fortunately today I was a walk-in and didn’t have to wait. The nail tech did and excellent job taking care of my pedicure and the price is the best I’ve found in Richardson.. I definitely would make an appointment next time as they get busy quick.

I’d give 0 starts if I could. I’ve been going here for years, and will quit for periods of time because the man that owns/runs it is beyond rude. You can be as specific as you want about how you’d like your nails done, and he’ll do whatever he wants. When you ask for it to be done a certain way, he’s gets an attitude and gets mad at you. Newsflash buddy: I’m paying for this service, YOU’RE NOT DOING ME A FAVOR! At the very least, give people what they ask for.

If I could give them no stars I would. My mom and I walked in this place, they asked what we needed, to which I smiled and said I would like a pedicure and my mom would like an acrylic fill. They proceeded to say they were too busy, they had one person getting a pedicure, one person getting their nails done, and one person waiting. They didn’t give us. They did not give us a wait time they just said they were too busy.

Probably 2017 what’s the first time I went to solar Nail and Spa. They do wonderful work then and still do wonderful work now as of three weeks ago I returned to being their customer. Only reason I had stopped was I was in Missouri from 2018 to 2020 and then I couldn’t remember the name so it was a long time so I could find them again. They are Simply the Best. Great customer service and for lack of a better word “cheap” prices . I say that because the work they do is to phenomenal. I just love this place, however I took my friend and she is very much into pedicures she commented that she was not impressed their was nothing to glamorous about the pedicures.. overall this is indeed a great spot if your money conscious like me!!!

This is my new place! Walked in one Sunday when my regular salon was too busy to take me. I’ve never gone back to the old place.Howard does an amazing job on my dip nails. Keeps the natural curve of the nails. Tapers them at the cuticles. Ladies, you know what I mean.

Excellent work for an excellent price! I just walked in and was seated almost immediately but I would recommend making an appointment ahead of time because they did have to turn someone away while I was having my nails done. Herald did a superb job on my acrylic fill and gel overlay. He paid close attention to detail and didn’t make my acrylic too thick like some people. It was nice that in addition to great service that he was also conversational and kind too. Love this place!

Their prices are good not bad at all but I’ve been coming to this salon for almost 2 yrs. At first everything was great, loved my nails & the attention they gave but with time I don’t know what happened? I love coming here but their attitude is disgusting when I ask to file or correct any discrepancies I notice on my nails their attitude is repulsive. My last two visits haven’t been so pleasant, I almost walked out on because them, I do no appreciate the attitude. I’m asking for something I’ll will end up paying…if you go to this salon make sure you know what exactly you’re asking for but even that you’re gonna get what they think “it should be”. I will be looking for other salons regardless the money.

My acrylic tip broke off on one of my nails and I needed a fill anyway. Came here as I was nearby. Very sweet older couple, did a very good job and he took his time. I didn’t have to wait when I got there. Prices are reasonable. For acrylic fix and new polish/fill I paid $21 before tip.

I found this place when I started working nearby about 3 years ago. I’m one of those customers like to try out new locations just to see what they have to offer. I enjoy coming here because the team always does a great job, listen to what I request and accommodate my picky needs. The best thing is it’s just two of them (husband and wife) so there are no gossips inside the salon like the other places. Plus their prices are great! Def recommend. Also if you make apts it’s better because they can be busy and not be able to take all walk ins
