Very friendly staff, Julie is very friendly and knowledgeable. Please know the risks of UV tanning and Solar Escape has plenty of very chic UV Free options for your glow up. Also they have teeth whitening. The place is very clean and looks like a Manhattan lounge and they provide non-alcoholic drinks. The only downside – which is a White Plains issue – is parking. You can find free parking after 8 pm and some places on Sundays and holidays. I don’t think the White Plains businesses have much control over parking, which sucks, as there are so many nice places.

Very nice place. Nice touch of complementary snacks and drinks. I’ve never had to wait for a bed so I never took advantage of the free items but I always thought that was very nice of them to offer. The girls I met were nice and helpful. The deals they offer are great as well. I like the layout of this location better than the one in I think Eastchester, but they were both very efficient and welcoming. [Just a word to management, as a clean freak visiting your shops, please check all possible points of contact when cleaning. People are animals and touch anything and everything with their dirty hands and bodies. Please ensure all the handles, mirrors, floors, lights, music stations, and trash bins are clean from lotion/hand prints/butt prints. This is the cleanest salon I’ve been to, but sometimes this can slip through the cracks. Keep up the good work otherwise!]

Great experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. Advised me on best color option for my skin tone. The spray tan booth was excellent, the color went on smoothly and was virtually dry by the end of the session. Also, you can hear nice and clear the instructions during the session (which in other places often is buried under the noises of fan and spray and you stand there guessing your next move). Definitely will be coming back.

Solar Escape is literally home away from home. I live 40 minutes from the salon and it’s worth the drive. Every time I go, I feel so welcomed! My favorite is the peppermint mints. The spray tans are awesome– they come out perfect, NOT orange at all. I recommend this salon to anyone that’s looking to tan in a nice place. So stop wasting your time at other places!

Tell you about today’s experience, was greeted by the girl at front desk, who was super nice, and owner (it appears), shook my hand, and thanked me for my business. Alyssa is always friendly and helpful. I look forward to every visit. I don’t tan very often but when I do it’s a great deal paired with a great experience. Atmosphere is comfortable and even welcoming to new comers.

The best tanning around!!! beds are always clean ..bulbs are always knew or replaced right away when they are bad… well kept establishment the best part about after your tan is you get to enjoy some fresh fruit and something cold to drink compliments of Solar Escape.. John and Frank run a great business!
