DO NOT use this place unless you want to be there for hours letting everyone in the place try to fix the nails they messed up. I just wasted $35 dollars getting a refill when I left still needing a refill they are not consistent on going to the nail bed or even covering half of my nail. Very poor work , they kept getting onto my daughter for any and everything. I will not be back my nails are crooked as well.

I went today because of a previous review about this shop and Marlen. Marlen provided the best customer service that I have seen in years in any nail salon! She was detailed, informative, very skilled, gentle and was very caring and helpful. In addition to leaving with nails you love, all of the other things I mentioned make everything perfect. I love my nails and I will definitely go again. If you want a great nail salon experience, ask for Marlen.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueAsked for medium length coffin shaped nails. Got short square nails. The woman rushed through the whole thing. Didn’t do my cuticles and very little prep before the nails got glued on. Nails aren’t the same length on the other hand and a couple are crooked. I asked twice for the coffin shape and was ignored and she cut a nail to short and instead of fixing it cut back all the others making them shorter. Been to this place a few times and it’s always the same thing.. the prices are up on the wall but they still try to make you pay more. I got my nails done.. it was $50. The wall says $40-45. I was going to also get a pedicure, I change my mind because the lady was so careless and rushing. She made me bleed, sighed at me when I accidentally smudged the paint and I couldn’t communicate what I wanted even though I tried to tell her multiple times. I said I would just like to get paint, no pedicure. She tries to talk me into getting the pedicure. I say no, she says $25.. just for paint? I know I’ve gotten just paint for about $8. Feel like I should have just gotten the pedicure. Definitely wasn’t the prices according to their wall right behind this lady. I paid and also tipped $10 not sure why. She doesn’t say a word to me just grabs the receipt and sits down to finish someone else. Spent $85 and did not even get the colors I wanted because it was so hard to communicate.

This was the last time I will use this place . I waited over a hour and she rushed doing my nails so fast they look horrible she only put one coat of sealer on them and didn’t even round them off at all they are so sharp I could cut anyone with them. Acrylic nails
