Manual made a appointment with me two different times and did not show up and would ignore my calls. That’s unprofessional and very bad service luckily there other barbers here that seen me waiting and for me in to get a haircut. However that’s now how business is done. So I won’t be coming back because that’s not how you treat customers. I have a second chance and came back only for the same issue to happen. It’s a shame but I will find a new place to get my weekly haircuts

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityPlace was very dirty ! The windows look like they never been cleaned. The floor was covered with hair…. Like the don’t sweep after their cuts. Place looks like you’d catch an infection with the poor sanitation’s. I hope the barbers in there use proper sanitation on their tools and combs.

Booked a appointment online yeaterday got there and sat down. Come to realize the Barber just canceled my appointment. ZAY came up to me and said he could cut my hair. Best hair cut I have ever gotten. Took his time and I feel fresh fo sho. Appreciate ya Zay. I will be back

Omar is an amazing barber. He really knows how to cut hair. I got the VIP package. The hot towel massage and steam treatment that came with it was really great. I highly recommend him for a cut. You need to set an appointment as it is rare he can take a walk in because he is usually busy. However there are other barbers there too. To get him, you need to use “booksy” app and look for Omarcuts.

Heard this place from a friend.. Pro tip: Book your appointment with them. Call in and get a gage of how busy they are before you go walk in, unless you want to wait another 10+. They DONT rush with their clients! Which is exactly what you want in a barber. Theyll take time for you!! They fade amazing! Everything grows our evenly and looks good until you want to get another trim! Highly recommend. Even if you do walk in. Theyll take care of you! 5 stars, back 2nd time around.. looks amazing and a confidence boost!
