I just had my hair done here about 3 days ago. I got a braided ponytail style and I loved it! It’s still looking very fresh, I liked the staff and Solange braided my hair. She was friendly and cared about my comfort, the rest of the staff was friendly as well. I would definitely go back and recommend anyone to go, just bring a picture and she can fulfill your hair style desires!

I’ve been a customer of Solange’s since 2002. I’ve never been disappointed! Wonderful Christ – centered atmosphere and very respectful, courteous staff! ***BEWARE HORRIBLE SERVICE, LOSS OF HAIR, and a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY please read.. This place gets a ZERO for me my braids came out 6 days after I got my hair done I called and complained she ( The OWNER Solange) said she would redo ONE braid for me when coming we’re out and the rest look like I had it in for a month *no exaggeration what so ever …then had the nerve to say because my hair is so short it won’t last longer then 2 weeks… OK I ask where’s my other 8 days I paid for? Regardless of policy and she claiming my hair was to short (why not say that prior to doing my hair) I spent $80 for a hairstyle that lasted 6 days I’m not one to give bad reviews but I am beyond upset I have not only a bald spot in the back of my head as I took out my braids more hair came out in the back I cut my hair maybe 10 or 11 months ago so it was not extremely short she just did not want to give any of my money back I sent multiple messages and she never replied I will attach photos this is a disgrace and I will be contacting the better business bureau about my dissatisfaction! She wouldn’t even honor a partial refund I felt jipped out of my money that I work very hard to make it’s not right I know to never return back

Came in around 5:30pm as a walk in, left out the shop around 7:45pm and I absolutely love my hair! Love the atmosphere and great customer service. Will definitely come back and recommend this shop.
