Tropitan never said anything about selling their company and so I walked in thinking I had tanning sessions still on my account for the money I had put down with tropitan and surprise it’s not even the same company and they want to give me two sessions for the seven sessions I could’ve had before with the money I was paying… Came back today because they promised me five sessions to make up for it and he said give it a month they would maybe bring back the VIP …. only for him to turn around and wipe me from the system so I can’t go tanning today and my money is gone.

Really love this place but their hours are ever changing. This is understandable with the current economy and everybody being short staffed however, it would be helpful to have an updated notice on the door, an updated voice-mail or even the ability to leave a voice message in hopes that someone will return your call. Just frustrating to pay for a monthly membership when I’ve gone multiple times during hours, and the doors have been locked with no notice posted.

Owners don’t respond to customer emails. The place has been closed without notice when hours posted states they should be open. Went to tan today, shocked they were even actually open. However, I had to wait 20 minutes to even get to the front counter because there was one person working who was cleaning beds as she was putting people in the beds. There were several people waiting to tan and a line behind myself to check in. It’s completely unacceptable customer service and you would think the owners would step up and help run the salon instead of leaving one worker to struggle through the day.

The staff at this location, are always super friendly and very helpful. One of the things I appreciate the most, they carry a huge selection of lotion. I am very particular about what I am putting on my body, so I’m always looking at the ingredients. To my surprise, the staff, seems to have a great understanding, of the ingredients in the lotions also. This salon is always clean. The bulbs are always hot, I don’t even remember the last time, I thought I was getting any color, from their beds. The prices for tanning and lotion, are very reasonable, and I love where it is located. Highly recommend.

I absolutely love this salon. I tan at both locations, and I must say it has been my favorite tanning salon I have ever been too. As a college student I am always looking for good deals. They run so many specials on their lotions and their tanning packages. They also have the largest variety of lotions to accommodate every skin type and personal preference.

This is the best tanning salon in the area! I tan here regularly and the employee’s are ALWAYS helpful and so friendly! This salon is VERY clean and has a great atmosphere for tanning! The spray tans are fantastic too, very natural looking and turn out great every time! Highly recommend this salon, the girls get to know you, your preferences and everything like that! It is an awesome salon!!!
