I picked this place because it had great reviews. I was in town visiting and wanted to treat my sister in law to a Mani/Pedi for her birthday and also treat my 7 year old niece as well. Upon arriving we were taken back to the pedicure chairs and we were excited for our spa day, but that quickly faded as my sister in law and I both had our pedicures started and were well into being completed and my niece was still sitting there, nothing started for her. Then my sister in law went to the front for her nails. My pedicure was finished and I went up front to start my nails as 2 larger groups of women arrived. At this point I feel as though I was rushed through the manicure, all while my niece is still sitting alone back in the pedicure chair. As my nails were finishing up, my niece was finally getting started. My cuticles were not pushed back, trimmed or cleaned up and they needed it, that was the whole point of getting a manicure. My niece was hurried along and I paid, I’m not 100% sure what I paid for but was told 2 different prices, 1st I was told $190, and then $180, I paid $210 with tip. Overall I was highly unimpressed with the entire experience, but mostly the finished product of my nails, I do a better job on my own nails (see picture holding ornament with red and silver nails that I did myself in comparison)! I noticed a chip in the paint on one finger the following day and my cuticles still look atrocious. I ended up pushing them back and cleaning up my cuticles and now they look very grown out and they’re not even a week old. Next time I’m in town we will be trying a different salon and hoping for an overall better spa day experience for my niece.

I went a couple of weeks ago to get my nails done. She had to remove my dipped powder set I already had. I thought she used the same acetone bowl from the previous customer. I shook it off as me being paranoid. Today a nail popped off, I noticed a green tint to my nail. I immediately took the rest of my set off to find 4 nails with a green fungus. I’ve never had to happen before or at any other salon. Very disappointing. I will never go back.

Amazing walk in service for my Daughter and myself. We both got their “special pedicure” which included, calluse removal, scrub and hot stone massage. And speaking of massage, their chairs were awesome. I was absolutely jello walking out.
