Not a spa experience. Passive aggressive signs posted throughout salon to not be sassy with the techs or you can apply if you think you can do better. One corner is disorganized with materials. I felt uncomfortable being there and not at ease. Wouldn’t recommend to others. 2 stars since they removed my dip and painted my nails. I went because of the high ratings but this isn’t the experience that I was looking for.
