I had a perm on January 04, 2018. From Suite #7. By Tammy Nguyen. Unfortunately my hair was severely damaged!! I’m under my Doctor’s care. My hair may never recover!! It certainly did not take.!! My hair has no body anymore. It’s been left in a horrible condition. My hair is straight and ugly. And it also damaged the skin an my scalp! It itches all the time! I certainly would never recommend anyone, there. I sure don’t know why this ever happened. I’ve had perms before. Never like this. My Doctor has told me he’ll let me know when I can get a perm again. Or color. I’ve seen Tammy for a long time. Must be some reason for this. ???
