I made an appointment a month prior and paid the $155 service fee for eyelash extensions at LASH AFFAIR. On the day of i was 10 minutes away( note i was driving all the way from san Bernardino) and i receive a text message that she was cancelling appointment due to a personal reason which i understood – she asked if i wanted to reschedule but due to my busy schedule i was not sure when i would be able to come back therefore i nicely asked for a refund which she agreed and said she would call processing center on Monday. I waited and sent her a quick reminder on Monday- no response – i text her again – no response, the next day again no response – she was ignoring my text messages- a week has passed and no refund has been issued- i had to call my bank and file a claim- very unprofessional! i was going to reschedule in the future but not after this! Great way to lose customers.
