Salon #28 One of the worst color experiences ever here w/ Lisa D. I requested Balayage style highlights. They are typically natural looking & the stylist gave me a full head of highlights that looked nothing like balayage. AND they were a horrible orange tone. I have curly hair & got a cut as well, which was a disaster. Just an overall bad experience which caused major damage to my hair since so much of it was bleached & has ruined my curl pattern. When I expressed my concern the stylist was completely unapologetic & mentioned “realistic expectations”? The only expectation I had was that she actually knew how to do balayage! Was I ever wrong.
