I had grown out my natural silver for about 9-10 months. So then I went in to cut off the rest of my old color so that I had almost virgin hair. I told the gal I wanted silver streaks to blend in. Instead 3 hours later it was some kind of blonde and my ends were so fried! . My suggestion is to be very very clear in telling them what you want. She was very sweet, but I won’t be going back. I have to start all over again. Two stars because the gal was sweet or else I would have given it one. I literally didn’t want to leave my house because of how bad my hair was.
