They made us an appointment at 7am with Melanie for My 4 year old son and husband. We got there at 650am when we notice we received a text from Melanie at 6:44 am advising she was going to be 15 mins late for our appointment. We had woken up our 4 year old son and 3 month old early to get there on time knowing that it was a twenty min drive to get to the salon. Disappointed that their was no professionalism. We expected more from this salon but it seems like Managment doesn’t hold their workers accountable or they would have been better work ethic.
