I had a very bad experience with Tanya studio 17 my appointment was at 6 she didn’t start until 7 she put a no lye relaxer on my hair I told her my scalp was burning she continued to allow me to burn Tanya then said I had a cute purse Tanya then looked into my purse then took my wallet out then she said we r kool like that then she started showing naked pics of women showing there booties I asked for pixie cut she fail to do a pixie cut the way I wanted Tanya is all bout money please don’t go to her shop studio 17 I would never go back to her as soon as the other stylist left she start cursing at me.very rude lady. I notice everytime I comb my hair it sheds I try to contact Tanya she block my number I paid this woman $200 what goes around comes around.

I went to jayvon Reidel. He is a super rude guy. Don’t go there. they make me wait for 1 hour, and when I said you make me wait for too long instead of saying sorry he got angry and said that what it is, and I don’t have to do my hair there!!! If that what is you should tell me before waiting not after 1 hour waiting. So rude!!! And his work is awful too. During this 1 hour I was watching his client, and see how he made her ugly. Thanks God that I didn’t do my hair there.

This is an attractive and well maintained Salon where each of the beauty professionals owns/leases their own area. It’s on the 2nd floor but It has an elevator . There is a variety of professional hairdressers,eyebrow shapers,barbers etc… Lots of windows so you dont feel crowded or closed in. I am a regular customer of NICIA MONTENEGRO who has the first shop to the right when you enter the building. She is a very talented woman. She transformed my hair from a dry ,damaged,frizzy,dark, artificial looking brown/orange color to a beautiful, natural looking dark blonde/golden brown with blond highlights shimmering masterpeice. My coworkers still want to touch my hair and comment on how perfect and natural the color looks even when I havent had my hair done in a month. I couldnt ask for better looking hair. My hisband who is naturally critical and negative loves my hair and from day one back in august 2015 when i was preparing for my daughters wedding he has nothing but compliments regarding my hair and raves how it looks like it did when i was a teenager with silky, blond sun-highlighted hair. I ended up getting a brazilian blowout and that made everything even better. Now i dont have to use goopy hair products and slick my hair back in an old lady hairdo. I can wear my hair down again like i used to and it doesnt get messy or tangled or FRIZZY!. I LOVE NICIA MONTENEGRO and wouldnt trust my hair to anyone else now. I was originally referred to her by her partner and salon-mate PAULA because PAULA was booked solid for several weeks and couldnt give me an appt before my daughters weeding in august 2015.

Called them to ask if they had time for a walk in. The guy on the phone said yeah and to come on in. Drove out there (it was 97 degrees outside), and when I got there everyone was busy or leaving. One of the people asked who i talked to and it turned out to be the manager “TD” who apparently has no idea what he’s doing. So I got turned away after driving all the way down there on a 100 degree day.
