Would’ve loved to get my nails done to leave a good review but the place was closed at 5:45; when it says they close at 8pm on Google. Also the dirw tons lead me to the back door location and not the correct entrance for customers. Updates to the web page or Google need to be made to avoid any other disappointment

This has been my third set of dreadlocks. It took weeks of searching, but it turned out to be worth it 10x over. You want an awesome person to go to?? Tierre has you! She’s the most chill, fantastic, and detailed person! I had the most of fun geeking out about music, food, family, and life when she worked. The hours flew by! She asked how I wanted things to look from beginning to end. From the first dread, they looked fabulous! She helped me pick out a few Christmas presents that her mom makes and it was an instant sale with what I saw too. She’s going to make accessories, so she has the hook up. I will go nowhere else. I saw Amber Smith suite 13. I brought in my inspiration picture, and said I wanted it at least close to the color shown on the picture. I wanted to go lighter, but less brassy. I was not told the toner would darken my hair and I was told after the coloring was done that I would need one more session. I paid 200 and sat for 4 hours and left with hair that’s darker than what I came in with. I could’ve achieved the same results by just adding a toner to my previous hair color. The first picture is the inspiration picture and the second is before and after of my hair. This is a beautiful color, but it is not what I wanted and when I asked to get it fixed she told me she would not fix it unless I paid another 105 and made an appointment. She says it’s lighter and it’s very close to the inspiration picture
