I had an appt with Pam and she was very rude. I’m getting married in August so I was super excited to have my hair done and as soon as I walked in the door she was very unprofessional and very unpleasant. I would have liked my hair done with blonde and she said she didnt do those kind of colors. It has to bold and bright colors. Which I didnt want. So I declined color as I wanted it this way now her way. This could affect the business of shes treats her NEW customers the way she treated me. I was not happy with the service at all and I dont have any plans of returning ever.

Very disappointed! Website claimed their salon was opened until 8pm. Drove over 20 miles to get there. Arrived at 7:30. Lights were on. Televisions were all on. Doors were locked. I knocked. No one answered. I arrived 30 minutes before their closing time for a haircut that would have literally taken someone 10 minutes and would have been well worth their time!

Internet states that salon is open on Sundays till 8pm. I visited the place at 5.30pm. I knocked the doors of both sides. Lights were on, TV was on still nobody answered. It’s too misleading.
