Our location has 33 individual salon suites with hair stylists, estheticians, make-up artists, eyelash and eyebrow artists, nail technicians, massage therapists, and a range of other professionals in the beauty industry. Our gorgeous salon suites are fully customized for each of our professionals and include sinks, hair washing stations, fixtures, and various other amenities. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had a appointment with Gina for noon. I made it online. Gina, told me to call her when I arrived in the parking lot and she would come to the door and let me in. I called at 11:50 a.m., and she did not answer so I left a message that I was there. She called back at 12:05, and said she was finishing up with a client and would call back “when she was ready for me.” She didn’t say she was sorry she was running late and her tone was arrogant and unapologetic. I waited until 12:20, and decided I don’t want someone like Gina, cutting my hair. Guess who would have gotten a rush job so she could make her 1:00 appointment. If this is how she chooses to treat a first time customer, who needs that! She was “ready for me”, twenty minutes after my scheduled appointment.
