Nobody answers the phone. I did what the phone message said and put in for an appointment online all I needed was a quick wash and trim and put that in the comment section. This was early in the morning nobody ever got back with me to schedule the appointment its been a few days and today I get an email asking if I scheduled yet but no option to say no. I was really looking forward to going here as I just moved to the area. JCPenny was more than happy to work with me and gave me a great experience and hair cut. They also answer their phone when you call even when busy.

I LOVE this place!!! Its always ao beautiful and I love passing the different studios to see what each stylist does with their own space!
