Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDoes not recommend. Their stylist Ariel Sanders is a disgrace. Extremely poor customer service skills and does not seem to be mentally sound. Posting pictures online of someone she claims is a customer all while the customer is saying the pictures are not of them (and continuing to argue that the customer is wrong and these pictures are of them). Does not recommend. Their stylist Ariel Sanders is a disgrace. Extremely poor customer service skills and does not seem to be mentally sound. Posting pictures online of someone she claims is a customer all while the customer is saying the pictures are not of them (and continuing to argue that the customer is wrong and these pictures are of them). Critical: ProfessionalismWith all salons being shut down they did stop collecting rent, which they feel should be supremely celebrated apparently…. keep in mind these renters could not even enter the premise – why would they pay rent? They then decided since it was such a financial hit (thought they had a stimulus for things as such but idk ) That they would take a weeks vacation from their renters.
