Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWe booked with Kendra’s Me Tyme Salon and the first time, we were there more than 2 hours. My daughter received a flat iron and a trim. The results were great! I attempted to book a second appointment despite the lengthy wait time. We were asked to arrive 3 hours early to then wait 50 minutes outside the salon area and be asked if my daughter was tender headed. I responded no. Ms. Kendra then attempted to detangle my daughter’s hair and then asked me to do it because she felt my daughter was tender headed. So after waiting 50 minutes and to be asked to help complete the service I would be paying for, I decided it was best to not complete the appointment.
