Sara Dame was 15 min late taking me in when I was told it would be a 30 min. appointment and came on my hour lunch. I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and didn’t receive what I asked for, and she cut my hair way too short! My hair wasn’t angled like I asked and was cut straight across. Now I have to live with a bad cut and grow out my hair and get it recut properly by someone else. She then said it turned out bad because she had to rush but she was late taking me in. Sara seemed inexperienced. If a hair dresser expects me to be on time I expect the hair dresser to be on time. Not happy.

I have called this salon four times and get the answering machine, always the same message this is Lindsay and I’m unable to come to the phone at this time but if you leave your name and number I’ll get back with you as soon as possible!!! Lindsay never calls anybody back I left a detailed message that I needed a highlight lowlight my haircut new to Florida and looking for a salon, I have also sent an email requesting an appointment, the salon is walking distance to my house that’s the reason I have called several times because I really thought it would be convenient excellent!! I’m sure there’s good reliable salons out there that would love to have my business shame on you shame on you, This is not how you conduct business !!

I was looking for a stylist, who could help my 87 year old mother out with a home haircut , because she has very serious health problems. I was told that Bonnie Cyples, may be able to help me out, so I sent an email , my information and a brief message to Ms. CYPLES, and she totally ignored my message. She didn’t even have the courtesy to respond back. I find that unprofessional and unacceptable.
