Great so far. I went there with my 2 daughters today. The technicians that my oldest daughter and I had were both friendly and nice. My youngest had picked a color for her nails but they didn’t have or couldn’t do the same on her toes, so the technician showed her something close for her toes. Once she put the color on her toes, my daughter didn’t like it, but was told it was too late to change. My daughter didn’t feel like she had as nice of a technician as we did.. I didn’t get their names.. Other than that, I thought they all did a very lovely job. The daisies they got were awesome! We will be back.

I went in to get acrylics removed. Big mistake! On my left middle finger, she ripped of some of my healthy nail with the acrylic near my cuticle. She also used the dremmel at a very high speed, heating up my nails to the point they were burning! The job was rushed, I still have some powder stuck to my nails, they look terrible, and they all hurt. Please find somewhere else to go, for your nail’s sake.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThe positive about this place is that it is pretty inside and appears to be clean. However my experience was that I have never been treated with so much disrespect at a nail salon. I called at 2 o’clock on a Sunday and asked if I could make an appointment for 230 and they said yes. I waited for over 30 minutes for my appointment. This was difficult because I had an event to go to that evening. If they couldn’t take me I wish they had been honest with me over the phone so that I could go somewhere else. After about 25 minutes of waiting I asked how long it would be and they said five minutes. After five minutes I asked again and the woman actually said it would be two minutes and that I should count to 120. I’m not sure why I didn’t leave at that point I am kicking myself for that right now. That was completely unprofessional. There was no apology for my wait. I have been waiting for long time, the owner let other customers cut the line, I don’t know why they are so mean to me!? Probably just because I always doing basic pedicures, so they think they would not make good tip and good profits. Very bad experience!!! Pedicure

I have been going to this salon for more than a year and would have given it a 5 star if not for the horrible behavior of Judy and treatment of my mom and i on our last visit! I made an appointment and when we arrived on time for it, Judy acted as if we did not make an appointment and then continued to ignore us while she accepted other clients that came after us…we eventually got shown to our spots and had our pedicures and nails done but i was extremely unimpressed with Judy’s behavior towards us. FYI Judy has been doing my nails ever since i started going there and i go every 3 weeks like clockwork!!! I will not be going back there anymore due to Judy’s behavior. It is also the 2nd time she has been so nasty! What makes matters worse is that i recommended my friends to this salon also!
