After several months of shoulder pain, steroid shots being told I absolutely needed to have surgery and seeing a sports therapist I went to Sol Wellness, my wife had been going there for some time and had raved about Stephanie. We talked through what was going on and agreed that the issue seemed to stem from my neck mostly. After 1 session my pain had diminished by more than 50 % and I was able to reduce the pain med’s I had been taking. We talked about a longer term treatment plan and I am confident that will resolve the greatest portion of the issue.

I had a gift card to use at Sol Wellness. I arrived and Stephanie was very welcoming. She did half reflexology on my feet and half reiki. The whole service was extremely relaxing and felt amazing. Stephanie’s energy and soothing voice were also a plus. I will be utilizing her services again.

She offers a variety of modalities, has the most grounding and calming influence (and space), reasonable prices, plenty of parking and customizes aromatherapy to your needs upon arrival. I’d met her as a practicing student and it’s wonderful to see such a lovely business owner and healing practitioner working her magic.
