My daughter signed up for one month in Feb. 2022 to get a base tan before college spring break. They said that she could not sign up for just one month but had her sign a cancel form and they would take care of it after her one month. However, they charged her again in March 2022…I emailed them and she called them. They said there was nothing they could do and cannot find her cancelation form. They also said a lot of people are calling about this issue as they were charge again too. Lesson learned. Do not go here short term or at least get a copy of your cancelation form. Very bad customer service. She won’t be going back to this place ever again.

I wanted to be able to spray tan without tanning as they’re tanning beds give me hives. Three different employees all called the manager because they could not figure out my account the manager said he was going to take care of it each time after 30 to 45 minutes each time waiting they would say they put me on a different account and would send me back just for the next visit to be the same way. The last time the manager assured me he was going to call me With a resolution he never did this time they tried to do the same thing after 20 minutes I finally just signed a contract stating I would not come back.
