I have been going here for a couple weeks and it had been great. Unfortunately last night I came in about 6:45 which I know is a little late but being a mother of 2 kids I literally have no other time to sneak in. The lady working rudely asked me if I knew they close at 7 and then proceeded to say things like people do this on purpose etc. I was very uncomfortable during my tan. I have 2 weeks left of my month but after that I do not think I will be returning. Very uncomfortable experience.

This was my first time here and I came on the recommendation of a friend. I stood at the counter for 2-3minutes before being greeted (another guest had walked in and been greeted before me at this point). The facility was very modern and clean, they had a waiver to sign which made me feel secure. The front desk lady came back to show me the features on the bed that I chose and I began tanning. I asked for the max of 12 minutes and about 7 minutes into my tan, I wanted to try the scents the bed had as I have never experienced them before. I was not prepared to be sprayed in the eyes with a flowery mist and so I got out and attempted to scrub it out of my eyes before getting dressed and going to the front desk. They could not help me, give me back the minutes I missed, courtesy tan me, or refund me. I have worked at a tanning salon before and they gave me no options besides to wait while they contact the manager, this was very disappointing and sad. I tan to help psoriasis and won’t be using this place again. I spoke to the manger who was very nice and we agreed that nothing the employees did was wrong. this was just my experience.

Very clean facility. Everyone is friendly. The biggest thing to me though is that they don’t try to push any of their products. If you ask they are very helpful with questions about them and will give you recommendations, but they are not about the sale.
