I booked a private salt cave session for my husband and I just because & we enjoyed it. I read that there may be some benefits of the cave for eczema which my husband suffers from. As this was our first visit I can’t confirm any immediate benefits however, it was a lovely time. Some people were leaving as we were exiting our vehicle and the fragrance that escaped through the open door was wonderful. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is calming and sort of soothing. I intend to book a couples spa day just because this place is a vibe.

I took my best friend here to celebrate her birthday. We each got a massage and then the private session in the salt cave. It was EXTREMELY relaxing. Everything was beautiful and calming. The salt helped our sinuses. They also have a nice assortment of items to purchase. I can’t wait to go back and try the sound bath! Try it.You won’t be disappointed!

I chose the “private setting – Himalayan Salt Cave Session” assuming it would be the most immersive experience. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the hostess and made to feel at home. Dave (the owner) walked us from the lock-box room where you can drop your electronic items off and have a chance to go to the bathroom before you enter the salt cave…The cave was overwhelming at first. But Dave talked us through it and we could relax anywhere we wanted to for the time period.I am not one for spas and such. But I choose to lay on the blanket on the ground, submersing my hands/feet into the salt. Come her for a massage, relax in the salt cave, or you can relax in one of the relaxation rooms. It smells amazing and highly recommended buying one of the soaps . All of the massage therapist are wonderful but all have specialties. It’s relaxing from the moment you arrive until you leave.

My sister surprised me with a visit yesterday and it was such a relaxing experience. It was our first time visiting a salt cave and we are hooked! The staff was so welcoming and informative. We spent 45 restful minutes in the salt cave and we left feeling restored at the end of our visit. Make sure you check out all of the cool merchandise before you go.
