My face and body turned out different colors! I tried to call to make an appt for the airbrush but the team didn’t answer the phone and the voice-mail wasn’t set up. I came for a walk in and was told the machine booster tan was the same as a person doing the airbrush. It was not! I wanted to look naturally tan and it was very stark that it looked like a spray tan. Many people commented. Beware!

I’ve been coming here for over a year, normally with great results, but was disappointed by my last visit. (Also, I’ve left a 5-star review on here before, but it’s gone?) I paid extra for the rapid solution and double pass with my last airbrush, which is supposed to extend the life of the tan. My tan barely lasted 3 days. I tried calling West Village several times, with no answer. I finally got ahold of someone at another location. She told me it was probably from using skincare products on my tan (I don’t), couldn’t refund me, and would “add it to my file” for next time. This place is way too expensive for pathetic customer service. There are better options in Dallas for the money!

Wow! I am so impressed with this location and specifically, Haley! She was so quick to great me and explain to me the difference between their air brush machine and the competitors as well as the benefits of an air brush tan. I received a tan here and I instantly fell in love! I have been keeping up with it as she directed and it’s lasted over a week and I am about to go back for my next spray this week! I would highly recommended anyone to check out the Sol Sunless West Village location and get an air brush with Haley, you WONT regret it!! I’ll be getting a membership my next time I come in and I recommenced you do too if you love being tan like I do!

I love sol sunless as I typically use the Flower Mound location but I work in Dallas. The new girl was very nice but the signage is awful. I had to call her 3 times to try and direct me on where to go. I was walking around west village for 30 mins until I finally found it, 15 mins after my scheduled time. She was nice and still let me go even though she was closing but new signage is DEFINITELY a must for this location.
