I bought 6 booth tans here in December 2020. I used 3 then suddenly they never had the bronze color when I came in. NEVER for many many months. I went to use one today and I’m told the remaining 3 have expired. Although paid for and unused. The young girl at the salon was flippant and rude when I explained they were out of the color for most of the year. (Which she had to know) this place is a scam. They take your money for packages you can never use. I hope they go out of business. Customer service is appalling.

Veronica is HORRIBLE and has a horrible disposition! I was 6 minutes late. She refused to take me. She was beyond rude and hung up on me when I called after I left. She was so rude. I’ll never go back to this location due to her. She is not customer focused at all, and she is snarky and snippy. Horrible person in general and I am going to the owner of this. I understand I was a few minutes late, but she treated me flippantly and without any type of concern. She does not need to be a part of the team as the other girl was awesome. She needs to GO!

I give this place 5 stars, but I’d like to see a place outside the rooms to hang your clothes or else the tanning solution gets on them, and instead of individual wipes, can you offer packages of wipes so we can easily grab a few big ones to wipe the palms of our hands. Jordan was awesome. It was my first time at the salon, and she listened to my requests. She was excellent. I give this place 5 stars, but I’d like to see a place outside the rooms to hang your clothes or else the tanning solution gets on them, and instead of individual wipes, can you offer packages of wipes so we can easily grab a few big ones to wipe the palms of our hands. Very happy with my spray tan! This was only my second time getting one, but the first at this place. The two ladies at the front counter (wish I could remember their names – they were working Wednesday evening) were very friendly and welcoming, and got me ready to go very quickly. My spray technician helped me choose the best color for my skin color, hair color, etc. the spray was super quick and everything was explained very well. Can’t wait to leave on my cruise tomorrow, and already be all tan and ready to go! 🙂 I’ll definitely be coming back!
