I had a great experience with Laurie! She was patient and really cared about what she was doing. We had some nice conversations about my home country as well.This was a much needed therapy for my hair and I was advised on how to care for it. I love my new hairstyle and am looking forward to visiting again!

Best hair experience in many years! Shauna was super attentive and amiable, and knew what she was doing. I had my hair bleached, dyed pink, and trimmed, and the whole process was easy and relaxing. This will be my new go-to salon. I LOVE my hair!

I am sad to say, my experience was terrible. I arrived on time and 5 minutes early. Then I see all the lights are off inside, & no one is there. I get really nervous, I hadn’t been able to afford a hair cut for 6 months. They had my phone number but no one called. I sat in my car waiting, and 15 to 20 mins after my appointment was supposed to start, then someone pulls up, doesn’t acknowledge I’m the only car in the parking lot, and goes to unlock the doors. I followed behind and had to say “Excuse me, but are you open?”. I was told yes, she had to go home and then come back across got town for me…like I was a burden. I told her my story about not being able to afford cutting my hair for a long time, and was really worried and confused when no one was there. I had to bring it up, she didn’t apologize or explain anything at first. I ended up having a terrible hair cut and vowed to never go back again. It’s sad what happened that day.

Had such a wonderful experience with Laurie! She was so friendly and understood exactly what I wanted. When I went back to get my bangs trimmed she was able to help right away and made them perfect again! Really nice atmosphere I would recommend trying them!

Rachel is the BEST – and I’m pretty picky. When I lived in Wisconsin, she was the only one I would let even TOUCH my hair. She’s precise, and always willing to listen to exactly what I wanted. Still send my family to her, and I hit her up whenever I come back!
