Went in told them just wanted them cleaned and to make sure not to make them thin… came out with two different eyebrows!!!! when I told the lady that they are different and thin she said it’s just how my eyebrows are then she went on to say that she can take some off of the one that isn’t so thin. Critical: ProfessionalismI came in for a clean up on my brows. Woman working was very rude. When I came in she didn’t say hello she stopped me in my tracks and pointed at the door and said sign in there. I was the only other person in the store other than the woman being checked out. When she called me up she still didn’t say hello she didn’t prep my brows or put powder on nothing. I’ve done threading for years now and this was painful. I came in for a clean up on my brows. Woman working was very rude. When I came in she didn’t say hello she stopped me in my tracks and pointed at the door and said sign in there. I was the only other person in the store other than the woman being checked out. When she called me up she still didn’t say hello she didn’t prep my brows or put powder on nothing. She asked if I just wanted them clean and I said yes. She made them the thinnest they’ve ever been in my entire life. They look like string beans on my face. She also didn’t clean the eyebrow hair off my face so I ended up getting several little hairs stuck in my eyes. I cried for a solid hour afterwards because of how upset I was. Please avoid getting your eyebrows done with Jass at all costs. She was rude the entire time and made me feel very uncomfortable. She asked if I just wanted them clean and I said yes. She made them the thinnest they’ve ever been in my entire life. They look like string beans on my face.
