This is a great 4 chair salon. I’ve only come here for threading but they always do a good job. I’ve purchased a one time membership that keeps my costs lower than usual which is a plus. I will advise to expect a wait but the ladies always keep it moving so the wait isn’t bad.

I always come here usually early but the ladies that were here at night were very rude. As I entered the place of business it felt unwelcoming and it made made extremely uncomfortable. I’m not sure if I will come back because of the unprofessional behavior.

Really varied experiences. I loved this place the second to last time I went. The lady was very nice, attentive and helpful. She was as gentle as you can be when threading. I went in yesterday afternoon and the lady was horrible. She ripped through my upper lip, basically skinning it, actually leaving lasting raised marks after threading that are still present a day later. It’s never hurt that much before, and I’ve never been left with abrasions, only the typical redness. She didn’t ask about any preferences or concerns for my brows, and she rudely shoved my head from side to side without warning while threading. Horrible woman who lacks professionalism and personality. I wish I’d gotten her name. She was more concerned in talking to her coworker and getting the job done as quickly as possible, regardless of how much she hurt me. She ignored me and barely made eye contact when I paid. Just said thanks for your business and returned to her coworker. My suggestion is find a nice lady and remember her name. The two working there yesterday sucked (2/28/22). I’d say I won’t be returning, but the proximity to my house is convenient (when another brow bar inevitably pops up they’d better hope they have some loyal clientele left). I’ll be on the lookout for the nice woman if I do go again! Be wary of their disposition! It’ll tell you everything you need to know about their work ethic!

Front desk lady stared long and hard and said I could not get military discount after I presented her my VALID non-expired “retired military ID card. “ Never been rejected a discount before at any establishment until now. Will not support this business again. Front window displays “military discount” not “active duty discount”. Disappointed.
