If i could put 0 stars i would have. I went with my mom for her eyebrows threading. There are images on the wall with different designs, we told her what we wanted. I have no idea what she did, she reduced the eyebrows way too much from the top then whatever she was doing had my mom have bleeding wounds right below the eyebrows and they were swollen. She said the skin was too soft, and i kept telling her this is not the first time we did threading for my mom and we did not experience this kind of situation. When threading she barely had her hold the skin so as to make it easier to work with then she applied wax only making it worse. After everything there was no telling my mom had even gotten her brows shaped. I have been going to this place for years and honestly i hate going there these days, they are always changing people and the people who work there never admit when they mess your eyebrows which happens more often than not. I am very disappointed at this place.

Hello! I have been going to SOI eyebrows for a long time now. I have been going to to this lewisville location since may of 2022. On 11/22/22(Tuesday), around 7:35pm. I always go in around that time. I checked to see if the lights were on. The lights were ON and I saw the lady sitting right next to the mirrors. The minute I approached the building, she turned the lights off. The funny thing was that she was hiding in the right hand corner and peeping from behind a door. I could see her the whole time. She kept peeping in to see if I was still there. I didn’t want to open the door and scare her since the lights were off. Then I went and sat in the car, I saw her running across the room in a sneaky way to get to the counter, the whole thing was very funny because I could see everything.

Called to make an appointment and was turned down rudely saying they were busy in the evenings. And only one person was working. As if it is my fault calling to make an appointment. She could have explained nicely why she cannot take clients in the evening.

I have been a long time customer of Soi Brow in Lewisville and I loved Kaval’s work on my eyebrows. I was saddened to learn that Kaval is now in Plano at Instyle Brows, but very pleased with Pramila’s work as well. Pramila, Minni, and all of the ladies at Soi Brow are all very talented and always so friendly and welcoming.

I have been coming here off and on for years. Even though the staff constantly changes, the quality of service doesn’t. I come in, tell the cosmetologist what I want, and they thread it to my liking every time. I’ve been to other places, even other SOI brow salons, and have been told my brows are too asymmetrical to thread evenly, and have been given eyebrow tinting tips instead. But for some reason, when I come here they get them even and arched the way I want, no matter who is there. That doesn’t mean mistakes aren’t made. In the years that I’ve been coming here I’ve only had one person mess up my brows once. But one mistake out of constant quality work isn’t so bad. I’m glad they survived/are surviving covid.

I came to this location as a last resort. I asked her to simply clean my eyebrows up and they’re thin!! It’s so hard finding a decent eyebrow threading place, and unfortunately this one is NOT it. The lady is rude and has no customer service skills. Instead of asking me to remove my hands once we she was done, she tapped them. Like I was a 2 year old toddler.

I went in on Saturday afternoon without an appointment. Asa was there, by herself and helped me and my friend. Other people were coming in and she was cool as could be still took great care to make sure my eyebrows were as I wanted them! Her coworker didn’t show up which just made more work for Asa.
