I’ve been going to this location or the Mansfield location every 2-3 weeks for atleast 5 years and I will not go anywhere else. I have thick and alot of eyebrows and have been so many places before SOI that just don’t do a good job. I’ve never had a stylist here that I haven’t been happy with. I buy the packages it’s 70 or 80 now for 10 sessions for sure the way to go to save a little $. Highly recommend!

I went in last night (3/31) around 7:40. There was one person working on a client in front of me. I had no problem waiting until she was done with the woman she was working on but she insisted I go ahead and get my eyebrows done. First of all, I know how long it’s supposed to take to thread eyebrows and she did them way too quick. She hands me the mirror and i absolutely hate them. She messed them up so bad! She took way too much hair off of my left eyebrow and it looked like she barely touched my right one. Had she not been rushing and actually took her time, I wouldn’t be looking a mess. I would advice if you go, make sure it’s when they first open or the middle of the day. I’m never coming back.

Please update your hours on Google. I showed up on a Monday during my lunch break to a makeshift sign with “updated hours” saying CLOSED on Mondays and Tuesdays. This location was out of the way for me. Not only did I waste my time but also gas. Do better.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just recently moved here and had to find someone new to do my eyebrows. I know exactly how my eyebrows are suppose to look and grow and the lady ruin my eyebrows. I left with both eyebrows not even one was higher than the other and etc. a lady before me had the said the same thing that she didn’t do her eyebrows correctly either. Worst experience. My advice if you know how your eyebrows are suppose to look and have been getting your eyebrows done for years. Do not go here. I just recently moved here and had to find someone new to do my eyebrows. I know exactly how my eyebrows are suppose to look and grow and the lady ruin my eyebrows. Critical: QualityWent in for my normal thread & tint. Been coming her for about a year or so. Never had any problems. Until today. Went in for my normal service. Love my thread/shaping. When it comes to the tint, they are two completely different shapes. Another customer did come in so I don’t know if she felt rushed however, I asked her to just take it off as her trying to fix them just made it worse. As a business women myself, I Don’t feel like I should have been charged for a service she could not do correctly, even after giving her two times to fix it- I would never charge anyone for a service I can not perform.
