LOVE.. LOVE… LOVE !! this place. Did I already say LOVE?? Seriously!!! I’ve been going here for over 5 years & Shri was always my go-to. If she isn’t working, I’d skip out on getting my eyebrows done. I worked around her schedule because I just couldn’t grasp the thought of letting someone else work on my eyebrows. This place used to be good. I came here for 7 years before deciding last week I would no longer go. They turned me down several times for leg waxing. I get that they’re understaffed and that’s not their fault, but it’s not mine either. The services they provide are good but being rushed seems like a common theme here so I’ll be going to the Arlington location from now on.

I have been visiting this place this is the second worst experience I had. I would expect a better staff here. Rebecca was too very hard on my upper lip.she had all her energy where the thread was breaking n number of times. Not gentle at all. Horrible. Last time also I had a girl who took almost 20 mins to do my eyebrow and upper lip. Not an expert she just know to spoil my brow. Worst experience with her as well. plus they have their prices up for this type of horrible service. I am very upset.

This place is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here ever since I was able to first get my eyebrows done and they have never disappoint. Critical: ValueI just left after getting my eyebrows and upper lip done……. I got them done by whoever was available. I don’t know who the lady was that did my stuff but she sucked! One of my eyebrows are thinner than the other, and she pulled some skin! I still have hair under my eyebrows and on my upper lip! All in which are very obvious!!!! And she did everything so slow!!! I am beyond upset because I usually come here and they usually do a good job. But today was something else. I will be going back asking for a refund because this is not acceptable.I just left after getting my eyebrows and upper lip done……. I got them done by whoever was available. I recently moved to Grand Prairie and I have tried a couple of places in the area. This has been the best by far.
