I’ve been coming to this location and the Bishop Arts location for nearly 2 years. I have been please with their work and customer service. I’m not sure about the other locations but I definitely recommend these 2 locations. Ask for Si. She’s the best. There are others that’s good too. But I prefer Si.

I figured I would be ok coming here because I have gone to the one in Duncanville for the last 3 years. She rushed through threading my eyebrows and messed up the arch. When I asked why she took so much off she said they were already like that and she just cleaned them up which they were not. My left eyebrow looks completely different than the right. All that and I still have to go home and clean up my eyebrows because she did not thread them properly. She did nothing to try to fix it and just walked away. I won’t be back to this location.
