Si and Anu were AMAZING! I got multiple services done as a walk-in and everything was handled very beautifully and efficiently. Si even went the extra mile to customize my henna tattoo. I work a job in which everyone stares at my hands so this was perfect. I will definitely be back and bring friends.

I come here often and it’s very hit or miss. There’s usually just one employee working at a time so you can’t request another tech if yours isn’t working at the moment. I will say that my last 3 visits have been a big time miss. Now, I understand eyebrows can be cousins and not sisters but there should be no reason that you have completely unrelated eyebrows on your face. I feel the employees aren’t truthful or transparent with customers about mistakes. I have to mention how an eyebrow looks way too different and they have stayed silent or only make the eyebrows look worse. Like I said, it’s hit or miss. I’ve come just as many times before where I was thrilled with my eyebrows. Lately, there’s just been some not so great work. I was pretty shocked she let me leave with how uneven the eyebrows looked this time.

I was so excited to try this place due to the fact I usually go to a further SOI . Mind you there was only one person working I failed to get her name. She was rushing doing my eye brows like the store was full of customers. My sister and I were the only ones there, it was so dead. I attempted to have a conversation and asked if it was a busy day and she’s like no, and I was like I’m excited to try this place cause I go to a further place, and she just didn’t respond so I just stopped speaking after. I have grown out my eye brows for a month for them to be like this thin. One eye brow is higher than the other, and thin. I asked for a clean up and arched. I’m very disappointed. I usually NEVER post any reviews. I should of just went to the location I usually go to. Oh ! Lastly the employer had someone on speaker phone and seemed like she was rushing doing our eye brows just to get back to her phone call. I have a maternity shoot coming up and was very satisfied with the reviews before arriving, but ended up leaving disappointed.

Si is amazing!! I’ve been going to her for years now for threading, and she’s the best! She listens to all of my concerns every time I come in for a visit & her work is consistent! If anyone needs good threading, I recommend Si. Her work is phenomenal, she’s friendly, and she always has great customer service! The only way I’ll ever go to another threading lady is if Si retires.

Worst experience next time I’ll be driving to inwood location. Came in for a upper lip wax and eyebrow thread. Wax was too hot burn my lip then the lady pull the strip of my lip so hard I felt half of my skin peel off she was too rough. my eyebrows look terrible did not like at all not very happy with the service.

I’ve been going to a different SOI for years. This one opened much closer to me, and I’ve been twice now. Booking an appointment is useless. They only have one employee at a time and if you “schedule” a time at opening, be prepared to wait for an employee to arrive while you wait outside, with three other clients.
