I have been coming here for the last two years and thier work is good, but the last two times I have come in with appointments and the appointments were not honored. Today I made an apt for 5 pm… showed up at 4:55 (with 4 people waiting) and all 4 people were taken before I walked out at 5:15. What is the point of an appointment if you are not going to honor it?

They do a great job as far as threading and waxing go. Only giving four stars though because at both this location and the one in Grapevine, I’ve had to ask them to change the music they were playing over the shop. Both times the music had extremely explicit lyrics, totally inappropriate for a professional business. They were good about changing it, but I wish I hadn’t had to ask.

I used to come in here every two weeks. The results were always good, but they are way too rough with their technique. My skin would have inflamed bumps every single time I went and sometimes I bled. I thought that was just normal with threading but since I moved to a new area I go to a new shop and it was not painful at all. They do a good job at shaping brows at this one, but it’s unnecessary to be that rough especially when you’re literally breaking skin.

I went there yesterday and I loved it. They were playing Hindi songs and it was so well organized there. They threaded my face and gave me gel to cool it down. It was very cheap too. The ladies are nice and I will be going back again!
