I was a walk in on 11-03 -22 the nail tech had a customer at there desk already so I was waiting for him to get done than his 4:45 appt walk in and he started on her I told the tech I going to run to gabes the store right down the walk way came back he look at me side way and told me he did not know what time I was coming back so he want me to let him take the next customer get in front of me but I wrote my name and number on the book when I walk in and u greet me so he could had call when he was ready but didn’t so I wasted almost three hour on try to get my nails done will not go back there

Critical: QualityWent to this place because reviews were good but I have had many many many manicures in my life and this was one of the worst! My nails are sharp, like she didn’t file smooth enough — I felt very rushed although it was not that busy because she didn’t let base coat dry — and she never ever put lotion on or rubbed my hands at all! No massage! I don’t understand. And it was still $17 for a basic mani (no gel or SNS or anything).
